We’re seeking a Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator to serve as the frontline voice for our clients and the backbone of our internal operations. This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone, organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls Follow up on service calls, billing inquiries, and software renewals Monitor contract profitability and support contract creation and updates Prepare account review reports and conduct cost analyses Ensure proper operation of data collection software with customers Update and maintain CRM data and customer records Collect missing meter reads and track data accuracy Create and maintain customer communication templates Scan, file, and manage digital documents Educate customers on available services and solutions Support administrative and team operations as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service or administrative support experience (preferred) Strong verbal communication skills and phone presence High attention to detail and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Professional, courteous, and customer-focused
Software Skills Required:
CRM systems (experience with Zoho preferred) Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) Document scanning and filing systems Experience with or ability to learn data collection tools
Schedule & Compensation:
