Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include entering all orders, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Utilize strong phone etiquette to engage with customers and provide accurate information. Assist customers with product-related questions, order status, and troubleshooting issues. Enter orders and track them through the entire order process. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using computerized systems. Process sales transactions and expedite orders, as needed. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience. Experience Previous experience in a call center or office environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently. Excellent typing skills for data entry and documentation purposes. A proactive attitude towards learning new processes and adapting to changes in a dynamic work environment is essential. Proficient with Microsoft Applications.
