Licensed Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative MAC Insurance Inc 12 Parmenter Road, Londonderry, NH 03053 Join the MAC Insurance Crew – Licensed Insurance Agent/CSR Wanted! Are you ready to bring your insurance skills to a fast-paced, gearhead-approved agency that values personality as much as professionalism? MAC Insurance is looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative who’s confident, detail-oriented, and driven to take great care of our awesome clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with new and existing clients to quote and bind policies (auto, home, toys, small commercial & life!)
- Provide top-tier customer service through phone, email, and our client center
- Handle policy changes, billing questions, ID card requests, and all the things that keep coverage running smoothly
- Support the agency’s growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities
- Navigate carrier portals like a pro, while keeping things organized and on-track You Might Be the
Right Fit If You:
- Have your P&C license and at least 1 year of agency or carrier experience
- Are comfortable with technology, digital tools, and multi-tasking
- Can communicate clearly and kindly—even when things get chaotic
