Duties Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Engage with customers via phone, email, or in-person to assist with their needs. Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and data entry. Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Maintain an organized database of customer interactions and transactions. Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions effectively to customers. Uphold company policies regarding customer service standards and confidentiality. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements Initiate insurance sales across auto, home, life and more. Generate and follow up on leads Build long-term relationships with clients through caring, professional service. Assist customers in navigating claims, billing issues, and policy changes. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Compliance with state laws and insurance regulations.
