Dover, NH Direct-Hire $17.00•$20.00/hr Onsite Job Description Customer Engagement Representative The Customer Engagement Representative will focus on customer acquisition and lead generation. This role involves reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls, referrals, and web inquiries. The representative will provide prospective customers with information about available services, offer tailored solutions, and guide them through the decision-making process. This position requires an energetic, well-spoken individual who is motivated to build relationships and drive business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients.
Consistently achieve or exceed productivity targets (e.g., call volume, lead generation, engagement time).
Understand client needs and provide relevant solutions and support.
Maintain an organized list/database of prospective clients.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
High school diploma or GED.
Proficiency with computers.
The ideal candidate will have experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Proven customer service or sales experience.
