CSR – Customer Service Representative Cardinal & Glidden Oil Co. 359 Nh Route 11, Farmington, NH 03835 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the service department, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries (scheduling and payments), resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and in-person. Assist customers with inquiries regarding appointments and services. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or concerns. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively in English, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions. Skills Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles. Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications. Ability to analyze information and resolve issues efficiently. Experience with outbound calling is a plus. A positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing excellent service.
