What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Connection:
Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone, whether they’re booking a service, dropping off a vehicle, or calling with a question. Support the
Workflow:
Coordinate appointments, relay updates, and support our estimators and service team to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
Customer Follow-Up:
Make those just checking in calls to ensure customers are thrilled with their service and address any lingering questions with care and confidence.
