With this role, you will be the “warm, friendly face of the agency,” as the first point of contact via visit or phone. Responsibilities

• Make every client interaction a “WOW!”
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and through professional communication
• First contact, Single contact problem resolution
• Proactively analyze customer policies and situations, and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company database
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
• Consistently Create and Refer opportunities to specialist
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
• Cancellation and Pre-Cancellation Calls
• Failed Inspection Calls and Follow through to positive resolution

• Ability to bring out the best in people though conversation.
• True willingness to help, and make sure proper solution is achieved.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Property and Casualty License
