Client Account Specialist Confidential – to be discussed during interview Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660 • Hybrid work Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary initial point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering strong relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales and customer service expertise and chat, web and email knowledge, allowing them to effectively communicate our business development initiatives. Duties Serve as the initial point of contact between clients and our company, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. Utilize Salesforce to manage client accounts, track interactions, and maintain accurate records. Conduct warm calling to engage potential clients and nurture existing relationships. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our business solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Lead information presentations tailored to client needs. Gather feedback from clients to enhance service delivery. Experience Proven experience in high volume call/contact center client management. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients. Experience in warm calling techniques is a plus. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
