Job Description
Answer phone calls and e-mails
- Greet visitors, receive letters/packages
- Handle all customer related inquiries by phone/fax/email
- Process CRR orders
- Process quote requests, sales orders, packing slips, invoices
- Maintain accuracy of customer database in Outlook
- Supervise and manage sales representatives
- Actively seek new distributors and private label customers
- Update and maintain customer sales history (quarterly and yearly)
- Effectively solve customer service issues and problems
- Maintain customer backorder reports (update shipping information and process packing slips)
- Participate in trade shows
- Assist marketing with new product additions and product research
- Assist marketing with promotions and mailings
