Our mission is to provide exceptional service that helps seniors understand and maximize their healthcare benefits. We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to assist Medicare Advantage clients by answering questions, helping them understand their benefits, and providing outstanding support. While a health insurance license is preferred , it’s not required —we offer paid training and licensing support if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to Medicare Advantage clients. Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide plan information. Help clients navigate their benefits and coverage options. Schedule appointments and follow-up calls as needed. Document client interactions accurately in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

Customer service or call center experience preferred. Health insurance license preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient, especially when assisting seniors. Organized and detail-oriented.
