Whether it’s over the phone, by email, or through live chat, you’ll play a key role in making sure people feel heard, understood, and taken care of. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with a wide range of queries, concerns, and requests. You’ll be responsible for: Responding to customer enquiries across phone, email, and chat channels in a timely, clear, and helpful manner. Troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and guiding customers through processes with patience and clarity. Following up on unresolved cases and ensuring every customer receives a resolution or update. Recording customer interactions and feedback accurately in our support system. Working closely with other departments (like operations, product, or billing) to escalate and resolve more complex issues. Spotting patterns in queries and sharing insights with the team to help us improve our service. Supporting your team members when things get busy—because we all work better together. The right person will bring:
Experience in a customer service, support, or contact centre role (ideally in a similar industry, but not essential). A friendly, confident communication style and the ability to tailor your approach to suit different people and situations. Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, clear-headed approach—even when things don’t go to plan. Good writing skills—clear, empathetic, and professional. A team mindset and a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow. Solid computer literacy and familiarity with basic CRM or ticketing systems (we’ll train you on our tools).
