As an Enrollment Customer Service Associate,your day-to-day will include: Speaking directly with customers toexplain telecommunications packages, promotions, andservices—including high-speed internet, home phone, and mobileplans. Meeting customers face-to-face in local neighborhoods orretail events to understand their needs and recommend personalizedservice solutions. Delivering engaging presentations that simplifycomplex information and help customers clearly understand servicebenefits and pricing options. Discovering and generating new leadsthrough community outreach, referrals, and in-personnetworking—then guiding them through the enrollment process. Usinga mobile device to securely input customer information and completeservice sign-ups on the spot. Providing hands-on support during andafter the sale—answering questions, resolving concerns, andensuring customers feel confident in their decision.
