In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for both new and existing customers, providing first-line support via telephone, email, and live chat. You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and upholding the company’s reputation for excellence in service delivery. Key Responsibilities As a Call Center Agent, your responsibilities will include:
Handling Inbound Communications:
Respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
Issue Resolution:
Identify and troubleshoot product or service-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining customer confidence.
Customer Relationship Management:
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records for tracking, reporting, and follow-up.
Escalation Support:
Recognize issues that require escalation and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve more complex or technical matters.
Follow-Up and Case Management:
Manage open cases, ensuring consistent communication with customers until a resolution is achieved.
Service Improvement:
Provide feedback on recurring customer issues and participate in service review meetings to enhance internal processes and customer experiences.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other teams, such as operations, product, and finance, to support end-to-end issue resolution.
Quality and Compliance:

The ideal candidate will have:
