We currently have an exciting opportunity for Contact Center Specialist, in Glen Rock, NJ.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer and route incoming calls on a digital telephone system. Handle patient inquiries both by phone and email Assist with scheduling needs for patients Enter new patient information into the system and assist patients with registering for appointments through E Clinical Works Update existing patient information Provide patients with service information Research required information using available resources Respond to all e-mails on a daily basis Manage and resolve Patient complaints Process and escalate priority issues Document all calls information into E Clinical Works Update and maintain personal copy of staff directory and other resources to ensure accurate dispensing of information. Answer questions and provide some training for new operators. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high volume healthcare call center position.

Knowledge of:

Computer operations to include the use of email and web browser and patient service techniques.

Ability to:

Think quickly and communicate orally with a variety of callers; handle a high volume of calls; locate correct and/or unique spelling of names from the database and/or printed directory. Work Environment and Physical Requirements Work is performed at fast pace in an office environment with exposure to noise on a regular basis. Work pressure exists due to lack of control over number of incoming phone calls. Extended sitting and learned physical skill is required to perform keyboarding.
