Our client is currently seeking a
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRENTATIVE
in NJ.
A growing and successful Consumer Productspany is in search of a Customer Service Representative. Thepany is looking for an individual to work with Sales department to support the Business Development Managers. You will be responsible for the order entry, maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction. You also be responsible for order fulfillment and order management. As the Customer Service Rep you will be responsible forpleting, maintaining, and providing monthly sales forecast. Manage the onboarding process for new customers.
Qualifications
2+ years of Customer Service experience.
Great attitude and sales minded.
Organized and familiar with ERP’s and CRM.
Salary is 60-65k plus Bonus
