Customer Service Representative (CSR), Auto Body Ultimate Collision II Inc Wrightstown, NJ 08562 Front desk customer service position for family owned auto body shop. Full-time position Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm. This person is the face of our shop responsible for greeting our customers, updating the status of repairs, liaison with insurance companies, works directly with our estimator as well as cross trained with our transport department. You will be essential in delivering outstanding support and service to our clients. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize effective communication skills to assist clients in understanding services offered. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer satisfaction and service feedback. Demonstrate phone etiquette while managing high call volumes in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience. Utilize Google Drive, email and CCC for software & notes.
