Customer Support Specialist LightUp Your World inc. 2002 Lincoln Dr W, Marlton, NJ 08053 Job Summary As a grantee for the lead abatement and remediation program of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, we are seeking a highly skilled, individual who will be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to answer complex client inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Duties Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives. Manage client accounts and ensure accurate information is maintained, translated, and communicated. Collaborate with team and other units to gather leads and referrals Educate clients on Lead hazards and prevention. Negotiate with clients when necessary to resolve conflicts or concerns effectively. Assist in project management tasks related to customer service initiatives. Work with contractors to ensure timely job delivery Liaise between the client and contractor to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain detailed records of client data, interactions, and transactions for accurate record keeping.
Skills / Requirements
Associates degree Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering excellent support. Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory. Experience in project management is desirable for coordinating service initiatives. Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions. Negotiation skills to handle difficult conversations with professionalism. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for data entry and client management. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
