We pride ourselves on being the best at what we do. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Service Advisor to join our team at Matthey Automotive. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service while managing their automotive repair needs. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring our continued growth and success. This position is intended to grow an individual into a Full Functional Service Advisor. Responsibilities Act as the main liaison between customers and the service department. Assess customer needs when creating a repair order and/or an appointment. Manage service appointments and ensure timely communication with customers regarding their vehicle status. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and services performed. Assist with Managing of CRM Platform and Other Customer Service Portals. Perform Customer Shuttle Service. Perform Pickup & Delivery of customer vehicles. Perform Parts Pickup & Delivery. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements Valid/Active Driver’s License with minimal violations/points At least 21 years of age for company automotive insurance requirements Current Motor Vehicle Driver Abstract at time of hire. Successful completion of Pre-Hire Background Screening & Drug Screening Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly to customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient with computer programs, tablets, cell phone and other technology. Proficient with Microsoft Programs, Email and Cloud Based Programs.
