Work Schedule:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work Monday-Friday 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Pay:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be paid $18.00 – $22.00/hour depending on experience As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Professionally answer incoming customer calls, texts and e-mails, answering any questions they may have and providing support as needed. Effectively communicate with department managers, employees, and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and making sure that customers are apprised of any potential schedule changes and parts order timeframe when applicable.
