In this role, you will be the primary contact forVerizon and AT&T customers, providing expert solutions anddriving sales of innovative products and services. What’s The Role Our Client Relations Associatewill be expected to: Being the first point of contact for customerswhen they reach out in person and guiding them through their needs.

Actively listening to customer concerns, empathizing with theirsituation, and working quickly and politely to find a satisfactorysolution. Meticulously recording details of every customerconversation, including the nature of the inquiry, the steps takento resolve it, and the final outcome. Clearly communicating thecustomer’s issue to the technical team, relaying technicalexplanations back to the customer in an understandable way, andensuring a seamless resolution process. Make follow-ups to confirmthe customer is satisfied with the solution to proactivelydemonstrate a commitment to excellent service and can help identifyany lingering concerns. Engaging in ongoing training programs tostay updated on new Verizon products, services, and features, aswell as to refine communication, conflict resolution, and othercustomer service techniques. Understanding customer problemsthoroughly and offering accurate, helpful, and effective solutionsrelated to Verizon products and services. Identifying opportunitiesto introduce and sell relevant Verizon products and services tocustomers, ensuring they understand the benefits and value.

Fostering trust and loyalty with customers through positiveinteractions, attentive service, and follow-up, aiming forlong-term satisfaction. Adapting communication styles to suitdifferent customer personalities, backgrounds, and technicalunderstanding, ensuring clear and respectful interactions.

Representing Verizon’s values, professionalism, and commitment tocustomer satisfaction in all interactions, upholding a positivebrand image. Staying up-to-date with the latest Verizon offerings,features, and troubleshooting techniques to provide the mostcurrent and comprehensive support. Working with the ClientRelations Associate team and upper management, sharing insights,and aligning with management’s goals to achieve collectivesuccess.
