The ideal candidate will be responsible for being the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and preparing accurate and timely quotations for our manufacturing services.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and our website.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with our engineering and production teams to understand customer requirements and project specifications.
• Prepare detailed and accurate formal quotations.
• Process customer orders and ensure all information is accurate in our ERP system.
• Provide customers with order status updates and proactively communicate any potential delays.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
