AS A FULL-TIME TELLER, YOU WILL
- Deliverremarkable & quality member service for a variety of bankingtransactions, including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals,and check cashing.
- Provide members with efficient & accuratetransaction processing.
- Maintain proper cash procedures accordingto Credit Union guidelines.
- Look for opportunities to refermembers to products & services that will enhance their financialwell-being.
- Assist with ATM settlement & account verifications.
- Complete daily teller proof balancing.
- Listen to our members &understand that being an effective advocate means taking the timeto really grasp specific financial needs.
- Have the knowledge toidentify all the practical options available to tangibly improveour members’ financial lives.
- Show our members how much we valuethem & their business, by consistently exceeding theirexpectations.
TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE
ü Highschool diploma or equivalent ü Minimum 2 years’ cash handlingexperience ü Minimum 2 years’ customer service or salesexperience
