Customer Service Representative
Are you a customer service rockstar with a passion for problem-solving? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to ensure we deliver outstanding service to our customers, business partners, and drivers. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be on the front lines, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers and business partners via telephone and email.
Handling customerplaints with a calm, professional demeanor.
Diagnosing, assessing, and resolving problems or issues efficiently.
Monitoring the progress of delivery routes to ensure timely service.
Scanning haul-away pods and verifying stamps for accuracy.
Processing changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
Shift Details & Pay Rate
This is a 5-day-a-week position, with Saturdays being a must. Your weekly schedule will follow a split shift pattern:
2 days: 5:15 AM – 2:00 PM
3 days: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
$18 per hour
What You’ll Need to Excel

Minimum Qualifications:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

It’d Be Great If You Also Have:

A high school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
Solid ability to multitask with exceptionalanizational skills.
The ability to thrive under pressure while consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Pay Details:

$18.00 per hour
