Job Description
Service Advisor 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars 602 Heron Drive, Swedesboro, NJ 08085 Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor for our growing team. As a Service Advisor, you will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress. Your passion will be rewarded through an aggressive, uncapped earnings potential, commission driven pay plan.
What You’ll Do:
Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments Keep customers apprised of work progress What You’ll Need to Have for the
Role:
