2025 Part-Time Premium Services Representative York Red Bulls United States, Jersey, Harrison 600 Cape May Street (Show on map) Jun 17, 2025 The York Red Bulls are one of 30 Major League Soccer (MLS) teams. RBNY, one of the ten charter clubs of MLS, has competed in the league since its founding in 1996. The Red Bulls play home matches at Red Bull Arena (RBA) in Harrison, Jersey. The three-time MLS Supporters’ Shield Winners are owned by the Austrian beverage company Red Bull, for which the team is named. The York Red Bulls offer one of the nation’s premier youth soccer development programs, from local soccer partnerships across York and Jersey to Regional Development Schools and the Red Bulls Academy teams. Position Summary Premium Services Representatives are the face of The York Red Bulls and Red Bull Arena. They provide game day customer service to all guests including our premium members and partners. As a Premium Services Representative, you should always be able to provide accurate information about the arena, have a natural sense of empathy, and express an inner desire to help others have a more positive experience. You will assist fans in all ways possible. Together we will champion the goal of providing the best game day experience in the York Tri-State area!
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Flexible; you will work unusual hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays
A commitment to work at least 70% of our 2025 Season Home Schedule (www.newyorkredbulls.com/schedule)
Will endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions sometimes require outdoor work
