Job Description
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Secaucus, New Jersey. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a long-term contract position within the retail industry, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with detailed repair estimates and guide them through the repair process.
- Update and maintain customer records using computerized databases and relevant systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of parts.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Communicate with customers through both oral and written channels to address inquiries and concerns.
- Research timepieces and parts to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by performing timely follow-ups and maintaining a high standard of service. Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Skilled in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and efficiently.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems for database management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage inventory and customer records accurately.
