We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in-office. Position Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact between our office and dental professionals. This is an in-person role based at our Jersey City, New Jersey location, Monday through Friday. You will handle doctor inquiries via phone, email, or messaging, assist with packing and shipping of dental items, and support general office operations. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from doctors via phone, email, or messaging systems. Assist with preparing, packing, and shipping dental products or documentation. Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support the office team. Maintain accurate records of communications and shipments. Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in basic computer and email systems. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Previous experience in customer service or office support is a plus. Schedule Monday to Friday, in-office
Part-time:
