Job Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries by telephone or email related to a specific program. Make outbound calls when callers leave a message. Evaluate, authenticate, and verify information. Read, comprehend, and explain rules concerning the program and apply them in specific situations. Locate requested information using electronic sources. Decipher unusual matters and escalate to supervisor as needed. Maintain essential records.
Required Skills:
Customer service techniques (Mandatory). Ability to perform effectively in high-stress situations and respond to irate individuals (Mandatory). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic arithmetic calculations. Demonstrate basic reasoning skills. Ability to read, comprehend, and explain program rules. High school graduate (Mandatory).
