$23.23
- 25.81 perhour/$46,800
- 52,000 annually
- commensurate to experience 10%Bilingual Skill Differential!

Qualifications & Skills:
12 months of contact centeror customer facing service experience required Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills in BOTH English and Spanish Experienceproviding outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise,active listening, fostering trust and growing customer satisfactionAbility to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call centerenvironment Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjustto changes quickly Open to feedback to support your performance anddevelopment Solid computer and multi-tasking skills Minimum of highschool diploma or equivalent
Education/Certifications:
Anassociate’s degree or higher (preferred) Active Personal Linesinsurance license (preferred) geico200 At this time, GEICO will notsponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for thisposition.
