PM Pay:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who brings prior office experience , enjoys a mix of customer interaction and administrative tasks, and is eager to take on creative projects such as social media and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service in both Spanish and English , by phone, email, and in person Welcome and assist visitors at the front desk Manage the company’s social media accounts and create engaging content Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Support general office operations using company-specific technology Contribute to marketing materials and creative tasks as needed

Bonus :

Experience with QuickBooks is a plus!

Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish and English is required Previous office experience is a must — this is not a retail role Comfortable using computers and picking up new systems quickly Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player Creative and familiar with social media platforms and content creation
