Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided. Handle data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Process sales transactions and manage cash handling with accuracy. Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain records of customer interactions in the call center database. Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Skills Strong client services orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality support. Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients. Experience in data entry . Sales experience is beneficial for upselling products or services when appropriate. Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions promptly. Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with customers. Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
