What We Need:

Currently looking for an entry level Customer Service Representative to join our team in Edison, NJ. A typical day will consist of responding to customer questions, taking orders and providing knowledge about our product while delivering examplary customer service.

Additional Duties involve:

• You will handle & execute all incoming and outgoing calls on a daily basis
• You will provide exceptional customer service while communicating, selling, promoting our products to our customers
• You will work closely with account personnel to ensure that together the customer’s needs are met and assist other departments when needed

Customer Service Manager What You Need:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Sales & customer service experience – grocery/foodservice/telemarketing preferred Excellent customer service skills Experience in a heavy inbound call setting work Team oriented Microsoft Office and excel experience is preferred Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
