Customer Service Representative 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Cranbury, NJ 08512 Our client, a leading cold storage and logistics company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Carteret, NJ. This role involves answering customer inquiries, assisting truck drivers, and providing support with transportation-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Assist truck drivers with check-ins and documentation Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other clerical duties Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Requirements:
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) Prior experience in transportation or logistics Strong computer skills and ability to use office software Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work well with different personality types and stay organized

$21-$22/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30
