Customer Service Representative Hartmann & Sons Water and Sewer, LLC Township of Monroe, NJ 08831 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while contributing to our sales goals. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives. Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate data entry in our systems. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new products. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions. Familiarity with call center operations is a plus. Sales experience is beneficial but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
