Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for responding to customer needs and inquiries, order flow processing and review, customer/vendor claims, and data input.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate order processing across warehouses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfilling customer needs, while supporting the invoicing process.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails regarding order status/issues, damage/shipping claims, and general questions.
  • Handle freight/merchandise claims with common carriers (such as FedEx, UPS) and track the claim status.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across different regions to establish and maintain customer relationships. Continuously provide high-quality services to ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term partnerships.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics, transportation, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/ Mandarin) is required to facilitate smooth communication with the team and clients.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with customers and vendors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong Excel data analysis skills preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Time-management skills to respond to customer/vendor inquiries and issues promptly
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, service-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and customer awareness.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour
