POSITION OVERVIEW
As a key point of contact for their clients, the Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction and providing excellent service. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing information and assistance in a professional and friendly manner.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels promptly and accurately.
Process customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Production, and Shipping, to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the CRM system.
Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback on our products and services.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
