Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, A well-established company in Carteret, NJ is seeking a high-level Customer Service Representative with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within a warehouse, manufacturing, or plumbing supply environment . This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can step into the role with confidence and contribute immediately.

The ideal candidate will be:

Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating order entry systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Experienced in supporting B2B customers with product knowledge and logistics coordination Familiar with industrial or technical product lines such as plumbing parts, equipment, or inventory items A clear communicator who can liaise with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve issues effectively Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and follow-ups Reliable and professional, with a strong history of job stability and long-term employment

Key Responsibilities Include:

Managing customer inquiries, orders, and service requests via phone, email, and in person Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through Coordinating with internal departments such as shipping, purchasing, and warehouse teams Tracking shipments, handling returns, and resolving product or delivery issues promptly Maintaining accurate records and providing consistent, high-quality customer support This role is best suited for someone who has worked in a technical or product-driven industry and understands the pace and precision required in a warehouse or supply-chain environment.
