WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR?
You’re the go-to person, ensuring every warranty claim is immediately submitted and all revenues are meticulously collected, all while maintaining neat and concise paperwork. Your strong customer service skills shine as you interact with various departments, providing clear and accurate information, and your general car knowledge proves invaluable in navigating different situations. With a detail-oriented mindset, you supervise all activities related to warranty processing, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently throughout the day.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalency Previous work experience in the automotive service industry Although not required, having a college degree and previous experience as a warranty administrator or service advisor is a plus!
