Customer Experience Specialist Remote 4 Months (Remote)

regular business hours Monday – Friday (start & end timeslightly flexible) SAP is a plus, but not required. In this role,you will also manage the order to cash process and engage supplychain team members and commercial team members to contribute to anexceptional customer experience. You will be responsible forresolving issues beyond your core responsibilities, with theexpectation to continuously improve the customer experience. Success:
Leveraging your education inBusiness Administration, Supply Chain, or similar field, you willexpertly manage the order to cash process to manage and translatetactical actions to strategic thinking. You will anticipatecustomer needs and provide recommendations based on order patterns.
Using your strong business acumen, you will be responsible fordriving financial results for your customers. You will identifyopportunities for upselling and identify deviations from Customersforecast. You will improve customer satisfaction through drivingcontinuous improvement activities. You will be measured on customersatisfaction through Net Promoter Score. Relying upon your stronganalytical and problem-solving abilities, you will navigate complexorder-to-cash processes and manage competing priorities, assist instrategic decision making, and continuously look for opportunitiesto improve processes and policies that impact the customerexperience. You will be responsible for presenting and implementingsolutions to complex customer needs. You will analyze Supply Chainand Business Key Performance Indicators and drive improvementsbased on findings. You will be responsible for sharing bestpractices across the organization to accelerate business growth.
Relying upon your excellent interpersonal skills, you willcollaborate and interface with business partners and functionalteams, as well as partner with commercial teams to have an in depthunderstanding of the customers and their markets, by activelyengaging in discussion with customers and the commercialorganization. You will be expected to contribute to the businessesgrowth and profitability. You will proactively identify andprioritize opportunities, develop sustainable solutions, contributeto account plans, and champion continuous improvement and overallperformance. You will also be responsible for ensuring asustainable business continuity plan for your Customers and backupteam members across the Customer Experience Team. Demonstratingyour excellent organization skills, you will facilitate theresolution of order exceptions and issues impacting the customer sorder, as well as utilize or establish reporting processes toidentify and communicate solutions in a timely and professionalmanner to all stakeholders. Combining your ability to workindependently, be a self-starter, and lead change in a team settingwill be essential, as you gather and interpret market intelligencefrom a customer. It will be essential that you exhibit strong timemanagement skills, organization capabilities, as well as beextremely adaptable and open to change, while being a team playerthat is result orientated. You will leverage Salesforce to engagedin commercial topics with key internal stakeholders. You will be achampion for digital tools and approaches. The ability to identifyand implement digital solutions will be an essential skill forsuccess. You will engage customers and promote digital commercetools and resources to enable self-service and to improveengagement with our customers. Your robust knowledge of MicrosoftOffice, SAP or other relevant Enterprise Resource Planning will beessential, as you manage the customer s eCommerce platform,actively pursue eSolutions to suit the needs.
