Company name: Date of posting: May 24, 2025 The Role As a Customer Service Representative working for Atlas Copco Power Technique North America, you would: Answer incoming phone calls and email from customers providing stock balances, pricing, and availability.
Enter parts orders into SAP
Investigate issues relating to inventory, pricing, deliveries and technical issues.
Track incoming shipments and back orders.
Maintain technical documentation and resources.
Participate in employee development programs including product and applications training.
Demonstrate an advanced knowledge of parts and a solid understanding of our customers and business.
Provide team coverage during absences. What you can expect from us? What we expect of you? To be successful in this position, you will need: A high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
