Your Contribution In this position involved with processesrelated to shipments, invoicing, transportation, EDI, customerwebsites, pricing, and packaging. Provide data for creation ofCustomer Master Data Populate material master sales views andwarehouse views Create and maintain customer material informationrecords & scheduling agreements; troubleshoot pricing differencesCreate and maintain customer-specific work instructions Responsiblefor processing, packaging & labeling shipments and invoices Trackcustomer delivery performance Review and maintain customer websiteinformation (as needed) Review and troubleshoot the status ofincoming EDI & Outgoing EDI transmissions Create and modifyprototype and tooling orders Process customer returns and resolvedelivery performance differences with customer locationsCommunicate freight scheduling with Shipping Research and resolveaccounts receivable issues (freight charges, returns, etc.)Coordinate engineering and packaging changes with productionscheduling Participate in customer visits as necessary Pack andlabel product for shipment; Process and track UPS and FedExShipments Your Experience & Qualifications Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or sixmonths to one year related experience and/or training; orequivalent combination of education and experience.
