Our customer service representatives handle publisher and subscriber payment posting and proving, answering phone calls and emails as well as monthly closings for each publication. Our call center representatives are liaisons between our clients and their customers. This is achieved by answering customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely and courteous manner. No sales or quotas involved! Both positions require heavy computer use; typing skills a must.
