Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with seasonal Saturdays Are you organized, friendly, and love helping people? Join our fast-growing, family-owned lawn and shrub care business as a Client Care Coordinator ! We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled in administration and customer service, but also a great communicator who’s comfortable juggling multiple tasks—and phone calls—with a smile. This is more than a desk job. You’ll be an essential part of a close-knit team that truly cares about our customers, our work, and each other.
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers over the phone and document all interactions Answer incoming calls and emails with a helpful and upbeat attitude Help potential clients understand our services and provide customized quotes Keep accurate records of communication and customer needs Work closely with our Client Care Team to ensure a smooth customer experience Assist with everyday office tasks and clerical duties Participate in team training and development Take on new responsibilities as we continue to grow
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using Word, Excel, email, and texting apps Tech-savvy and thrives in a fast-paced office environment Great at multitasking, with strong follow-through Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and a true team player Must be 18 or older and able to undergo a background check.
