Customer Service Representative – eBike Company Gopowerbike Lakewood, NJ 08701 We’re a fast-growing eBike company passionate about transforming urban mobility. Our mission is to make electric biking accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable for everyone. As our community grows, we’re looking for a resourceful and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to help us support our riders — and contribute to other areas of the business as needed. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Providing responsive, empathetic support to customers via phone, email, and live chat Assisting with order updates, product questions, troubleshooting, warranty claims, and returns Logging and tracking customer interactions using our internal CRM system Collaborating with logistics, sales, and tech teams to resolve issues quickly Contributing to ongoing improvements in our customer experience and internal processes Supporting other departments or projects when needed (e.g., content support, testing feedback, logistics coordination)
