Marine Service Writer Waterfront Marine 281 Princeton Avenue, Township of Brick, NJ 08724 We are seeking a dedicated Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, strong background in boat diagnostics, maintenance and service writing. Duties:

• Communicate with customers to determine boat issues and maintenance needs
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
• Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of work
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Transmit work orders to the appropriate departments
• Assist with oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance tasks

Experience:

• Previous experience in a service writer role is preferred
• Knowledge of auto estimating and dealership procedures is a plus
• Familiarity with boat terminology and processes
