Salary/Hourly Rate:
$80k – $110k

We are looking for a Client Services team member who is excited about the prospect of contributing to the growth and success of our client’s business. The Client Service Associate will handle all requests from Clients and business partners pertaining to account administration. Responsibilities of the
Client Service Associate:
Prepare all account paperwork and check pending account maintenance items. Maintain current client information in all existing databases (CRM). Assist the portfolio management or the Marketing department as needed. Organize, scan, and maintain all paper/electronic Client Files. Continue to develop technical knowledge and expertise. Continually evaluate day-to-day activities for process improvement opportunities. Develop key objectives and manage all assigned projects/tasks to achieve the key objectives promptly. Required Experience/Skills for the
Client Service Associate:
2+ years of experience within financial services (wealth management specifically). Well organized and quick to adapt. Strong attention to detail. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and DocuSign. Good and clear communication skills. Proactive and strong with follow-up. Ability to work on-site 5 days a week. Preferred Experience/Skills for the
Client Service Associate:
Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 or 65 (Series 66) is highly preferred.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred or strong relevant work history.
