The position requires maintaining positivehomeowner relations, coordinating repair work, and ensuringsatisfaction with the services provided. A career with purpose. Your Role on the Team Schedule and oversee repairs, ensuringcompletion within specified timeframes. Maintain service requestlogs and documentation of all work performed. Evaluate performanceof trade partners and materials, reporting back to management.
Participate in department meetings and emergency on-call rotationschedules. Your Toolbox High school diploma or GED; Associate’sdegree or equivalent is preferred. 1-3 years of experience inresidential customer service or construction field preferred. Validdriver’s license with a good driving record Strong communication,organizational and time- management skills
Physical & Office/SitePresence Requirements:
Regular, in-person attendance at Companycommunities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is anessential function of this job. Some office work which may requirethe ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move andcarry office materials and supplies weighing 50 pounds or less.
Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard andcalculator. Able to drive a vehicle.
