Customer Service Representative Jeff Burke Plumbing & Heating Bound Brook, NJ 08805 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. We are looking for the following availability 2-8 shifts Monday, Thursday , Friday and 8-4 shifts Saturday and Sunday , this position allows ONE weekend off per month in which you will work 5 days 2-8 to get the appropriate hours. You will answer phone calls, book appointments, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall satisfaction of our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Provide accurate information about products and services while addressing customer concerns effectively. Book and confirm all appointments daily. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs. Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or client services, preferably in a call center environment. Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting. Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and schedules as needed.
