Contract to Hire Responsibilities Responsible forday-to-day Customer Service activities, including ensuring allcustomer needs, questions and requirements are being met in acomplete, accurate and timely manner, and supporting the outsidesales team to help ensure departmental success. Responsible for thecomplete order entry process: Entry of customer purchase orders andreviews for accuracy of pricing / delivery dates / item / customerlocation Review of EDI’s to ensure accuracy Review and address allorder discrepancy prior to release Release and transmit orders towarehouse for processing Issuance of return material authorizationsCollaborate with 3PL to ensure on time delivery of customers’orders Assist customers with inquiries and provide relevantinformation pertaining to product availability, shipping dates,tracking information and verifying orders Resolve all issuesrelated to purchase orders; track and expedite orders as requiredAssist in coordinating activities associated with a new productaward (discounts, committed delivery dates, etc.) Communicatebackorders statuses and reports as required to customers, or inresponse to specific inquiries from a customer or a salesrepresentative Manage and maintain all departmental files andrecords, including customer account set up information for alldirect accounts Knowledge of key customer accounts’ operations andtheir required portals Maintain and load customer pricing inaccordance with departmental procedures Direct customer complaintsand reported adverse events in accordance with departmentalprocedures Support the outside sales teams by fulfilling requestedactions Function as a liaison between internal departments andexternal customers, centralizing all contact and information flowBack-up other positions within the department and assist in specialprojects as assigned Requirements BA / BS degree Requirement of 1-2years in a Customer Service or Sales & Marketing environment;pharmaceutical experience preferred May accept additional relatedwork experience in lieu of BA / BS degree Proficient in MS OfficeSuite Familiar with a variety of sales and marketing concepts,practices and procedures Must be capable of problem solving,prioritizing with little direct supervision and adapting in afast-paced environment Benefits System One offers eligibleemployees health and welfare benefits coverage options, includingmedical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance,voluntary plans, and participation in a 401(k) plan M3
